Assembly Culture is Lorissa Garcia‘s second business, specialising in emotional culture consulting for organisations. Lorissa approached me to create a website for this new venture after the success of her leadership coaching site. She had professional branding completed but needed help bringing it to life with design and website development.
The Brief
Assembly Culture takes a different approach to organisational culture by focusing on emotional culture rather than just cognitive behaviours. The website needed to communicate this innovative concept clearly while establishing credibility in a space where Lorissa is Melbourne’s only certified and specialist Emotional Culture Consultant. The site had to educate visitors about what emotional culture is, why it matters, and how Assembly Culture can help organisations foster workplaces “where emotions run high, on purpose.”
