Green & Co Real Estate is based in the Western Suburbs of Brisbane with a focus on sustainable practices. As a new business, Bec needed a digital presence that would reflect her vision for a design-forward, sustainability-focused real estate agency that prioritised relationships over transactions.
The Brief
Bec had a clear vision: she wanted a magazine-style website that would set Green & Co apart from typical real estate sites. Starting as a brochure site to establish her brand and services, the website needed to be built with scalability in mind for future growth.
The Solution
I designed an editorial-inspired layout that feels more like a lifestyle publication than a traditional real estate website. Large hero imagery with text overlays creates visual impact, while clean, spacious layouts let the content breathe. A sidebar featuring recent news and blog posts positions Green & Co as thought leaders in sustainable property management.
The muted green colour palette reinforces the sustainability focus throughout the site, while the emphasis on people and lifestyle over purely transactional property images reflects the boutique, relationship-driven nature of the business.
The site included contact forms and calendar booking functionality to streamline client inquiries, making it easy for potential clients to connect with the team.
Growth & Evolution
The architecture was designed to scale from day one. Two years later, we successfully expanded the site to include property listings, seamlessly integrating them into the existing magazine aesthetic without compromising the design that sets Green & Co apart in the Brisbane market.
